Karate Academy Scotland is a local club with a long history in Elgin – the club started over 25 years ago.  Sensei John Craig is a 5th Dan with more than 30 years of karate experience.

Through the practice of a system of asanas, it aims to unite the body, mind and spirit for health and well-being. This discipline is considered a powerful tool to relieve the stresses of modern-day life which in turn can help promote total physical and spiritual well-being.

Welcome to Yin Yoga, a style of practice that offers deep relaxation, deep stretching and a renewed sense of wellbeing. In this class, we move slowly, into floor-based poses, staying in safe, deep stretches for up to 5 minutes. This means the sequence is simple to follow along with. Deep stretching improves comfort, mobility and flexibility in the body. The key to the practice is breathing slowly, which is guided throughout. You don’t have to have practiced yoga before. Everyone is welcome.

We are able to take bookings from local clubs with a health & wellness focus.  To protect our matting all activities should take place in bare/stockinged feet or using indoor only footwear.
